Sizing & questions

Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What are the exact dimensions of the Lunara chandelier?+

The Lunara measures ∅ 29.5″ diameter × H 27.6″ height. It weighs approximately 77.2 lbs. The adjustable hanging chain is 11.8″ and can be extended upon request for custom installations.

Is this chandelier suitable for my dining room?+

Yes. At ∅ 29.5″, the Lunara works well over standard dining tables. For optimal placement 30″–36″ above the table, ensure your ceiling height accommodates the fixture plus chain. Contact us to discuss your specific room dimensions.

Can I customize the size, finish, or number of lights?+

Absolutely. The Lunara is handcrafted in our atelier and fully customizable—size, gold finish color, light source type, chain length, and bulb base (E12 or E14) can all be modified. Email info@vakkerlighting.com to discuss your vision with our designers.

What type of light bulbs does it use and can it be dimmed?+

The Lunara accepts LED or Edison bulbs with E12 or E14 base types. It is compatible with standard wall switches and triac dimming is available as a custom build option—inquire when you order.

How do I clean and maintain the white glass leaves?+

Gently dust the white and crystal glass leaves with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water. Avoid abrasive materials. The gold frame can be wiped with a dry cloth to maintain its finish.

The Art of Glassblowing Born from
Centuries of Craft Our master craftsmen follow techniques passed down through generations of Venetian tradition — transforming molten glass at 1,400 °C into luminous works of art, entirely by hand.

Premium Raw Materials

Only the finest silica and mineral oxides are selected, ensuring extraordinary clarity and vivid, saturated colour depth.

Hand-Blowing & Shaping

Skilled artisans breathe life into each unique form — no two pieces are ever identical. Colour is fused within the glass itself.

Annealing & Inspection

Each piece is slowly cooled in annealing ovens, then individually inspected to guarantee structural perfection.

It's stunning! The light shines through the white and clear glass blades, creating a beautiful glow. I have it in my dining room, and now every dinner feels like a special moment.

Finishing look!

This chandelier is my favorite room in my house - soft light, calming tones, pure elegance.

The light is beautiful, and the glass is beautiful. Recommended!

The soft white hue blends perfectly with the neutrals in our home. It adds a touch of art, even poetry, to our space.

Great value for money! We hung it above our grand piano, and the ambiance it creates is perfect for evening gatherings.

This is more than just lighting, it's the finishing touch. It transformed our otherwise bland living room into a magazine-worthy focal point.

I installed this fixture in our master bedroom. It took a little while to assemble. It looks great! Very happy with it.

I give it 5 stars. It was beautifully packaged and surprisingly easy to install. It looks great in our hallway with high ceilings.

A gorgeous chandelier that has a great presence and a charming ambiance.

Great product. It's beautiful hanging in the dining room, and the glass hanging adds to the charm. It's the perfect size, shiny, and looks beautiful.

Very pretty. Understated yet stunning. The overall look is stunning. Easy to install. I couldn't be happier! It's sophisticated without being over the top. I love how it sparkles in the light at night.
