The size is exactly what I needed. It matches the decor of our new home perfectly.

This is the second one I've bought. I sold my previous house with the furniture, so I had to buy another one! It always receives many compliments.

The lamp has a very high-quality feel. It's perfect for my living room. The height is just right and adds supplementary lighting to the living room.

When this first arrived I was shocked by how heavy the box was but it made sense once I opened it and saw the very heavy stone base which is necessary for balance. It was very easy to put together and there is a protective layer on the bottom of the base which allowed me to slide it easily across my wood floors so I didnt need to lift it. It slid very smoothly and did not scratch my floors. Putting it together took less than 5 minutes and I think it looks fantastic. Really elevated an otherwise neglected corner of my living room. I used an Edison bulb it and I love how it looks. Its a good amount of light but not excessive.

I was worried that something would be dented or chipped, but everything arrived perfect. It works beautifully, it looks incredible in our space. Its even bigger than I imagined. It has a handy foot pedal to turn it off and on. I was worried that the base wouldnt be heavy enough to support the lamp, but my goodness, the marble base is a BEAST. It was so heavy I had to have my husband help me put it together. We didnt even need instructions. Putting it together was very easy and intuitive. It has an interesting texture around the outside that may make dry dusting tricky, but a damp wash cloth will work just fine for cleaning. We used an Edison bulb in it and it looks amazing. I cant say enough good things about this lamp!! I am so thrilled about it. It really pulls our living room together. So if youre hesitating, just buy it! Its worth it.

Extremely easy to put together, even for one person. Note that all the bolts, washers, etc are ATTACHED to the top part of the long skinny pole and also to the bottom part of the bigger pole that fits into the marble base. You merely need to unscrew those few parts, and reassemble them as shown in the picture instructions. The marble base is heavy! I found it easiest to put the marble on its side, on top of a rug or cardboard, and to put the long pole that youve already assembled, on a box (like the shipping box) or a large pillow in order to stabilize the lamp while screwing the base in. However, it is really easy to assemble.

This is beautiful, dramatic, and looks as good as many pieces Ive seen at much higher price points. The marble base is very solid and heavynot a cheap laminate fake. The chrome is even. Lamp does not wobble. Overall nice!!

I was hesitant to buy this lamp after reading several reviews that indicated it was top-heavy and tipped over. I was happy when received that the bottom is very heavy and there is no problem whatsoever with this item tipping. These lamps look great in my space. They are good value for the amount of money that I spend on them. I would recommend these to anybody

Okay buy one and ENJOY! It's really much nicer than a ceiling overhead light; a dimmer switch involved would make it even better but I haven't done that yet.

Good for the money . It came with a crack on the base so I contacted the seller and they sent a new base in time. Its not perfect but I would say its a good deal for the price so I decided to keep it.

This was a nice lamp especially for the price. I felt like it didnt really match my aesthetic, so I went a different direction. Its great for a reading nook or lighting a small area.

Graceful and arresting midcentury style that always draws attention and compliments, and an ideal over-the-chair reading lamp in the bargain. It was easy to assemble alone, but be aware that the marble base is impressively heavy so an extra pair of hands may be of help.

Almost bought a similar one at CB2 for around 10 time the price, but like this one better! Modern, looks great and gives off good light. Fits great with my black decor items and really adds to the overall room.

The lamp is super easy to put together, but that being said, I wasnt able to find one of the screws for a minute, but I found out that it was already attached to the lamp so watch out for that. Probably a total of 20 minutes or less to put together. Super cute and stylish and i like the new addition to my living room. Chrome is in.

I really love the look of this lamp. Looks just as good as the pictures and the price is great. But if you need a lamp that can light up the room, even a small room, this is not it. From review pictures i thought it looked bright enough but now I realize it was because there were also other lights on nearby. It literally just acts like a spotlight over my chair. I should have listened to the reviewer who said just that. I have to use the flashlight on my phone when going through my baby's drawers at night. Now I have to replace this lamp and put it somewhere to just sit and look pretty because it's way too heavy for me to repackage and send it back. And probably also because it still is a very nice looking lamp.

I hate that so many floor lamps have floor switches! This would be perfect for that. Its a great, much cheaper alternative to articles similar lamp. Its smaller than articles but turned out to be perfect for my smaller space.

Just needed an extra set of hands to help hold things in place for very bottom screw. Didnt realize how sturdy and heavy the bottom was until delivered so it wont be getting bumped by dogs which is great!

It's beautiful, arrived packaged so carefully and so well. The base is SO HEAVY and sturdy, just what you want in a floor lamp--all the parts feel like GOOD quality and my daughter put it together in no time with zero hassle.

The height is perfect for my bedroom. The black looks cool!
