How many leaves does this fixture have?

It depends on the size. The photos show roughly 50-100+ individual leaves arranged in clusters along the wire runs, but the exact count varies by variant. All leaves are handmade ceramic or acrylic and each one hangs independently.

Can I adjust how far down the leaves hang?

Yes. The fixture comes with multiple wire runs at different lengths. During install, you arrange which leaves sit at what height to create the spiral effect. You have control over the final look.

Does this work in a regular 9-foot ceiling?

Only V1 or V3 will fit in a 9-foot ceiling. They are 78.7" tall, leaving room above. V4 and larger need at least 10-11 feet minimum, and V10 needs 14+ feet to avoid crowding the space below.

What's the difference between the gold and nickel versions?

V1, V4, V7, V10 have a gold frame. V2, V5, V8, V11 have a nickel (silver-tone) frame. Both come with white and gold leaves. The white-only versions (V3, V6, V9, V12) have a white frame and white leaves, no gold accents at all.

Gingko Spiral-Blatt-Kronleuchter

Eine kaskadierende Pendelleuchte aus einzelnen blattförmigen Elementen, die an dünnen Drähten von einem zentralen Messing- oder Nickelgestell herabhängen. Wie viele Blätter hat diese Leuchte?

Das hängt von der Größe ab. Die Fotos zeigen ungefähr 50–100+ einzelne Blätter, die in Clustern entlang der Drahtleitungen angeordnet sind, aber die genaue Anzahl variiert je nach Variante. Alle Blätter sind handgefertigte Keramik oder Acryl und hängen unabhängig voneinander.

Kann ich einstellen, wie weit die Blätter herunterhängen?

Ja. Die Leuchte wird mit mehreren Drahtleitungen in verschiedenen Längen geliefert. Bei der Montage ordnen Sie an, in welcher Höhe welche Blätter sitzen, um den Spiraleffekt zu erzeugen. Sie haben Kontrolle über das finale Aussehen.

Passt das in eine normale Decke mit 2,7 m Höhe?

Nur V1 oder V3 passen in eine Decke mit 2,7 m Höhe. Sie sind 78,7" hoch und lassen Platz oben. V4 und größer benötigen mindestens 3–3,4 m, und V10 benötigt 4,2+ m, um den Platz darunter nicht zu beengen.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen den Gold- und Nickelversionen?

V1, V4, V7, V10 haben einen goldenen Rahmen. V2, V5, V8, V11 haben einen nickelnen (silbertönigen) Rahmen. Beide werden mit weißen und goldenen Blättern geliefert. Die nur weißen Versionen (V3, V6, V9, V12) haben einen weißen Rahmen und weiße Blätter, keine goldenen Akzente.

From Clay to Chandelier The Ceramic Leaf:
Four Stages of Craft

Each ginkgo leaf passes through four skilled hands before it joins the chandelier. No leaf is identical. Every surface carries the trace of the artisan who made it.

Step 1: Sculpting and carving the ceramic ginkgo leaf form

Sculpting & Carving

Each leaf begins as raw clay. Master sculptors shape the distinctive bilobed ginkgo form by hand, carving the characteristic veins and curvature that give each leaf its living quality.

Mold Making

Precision plaster molds are cast from the master sculpt. Each mold preserves the exact weight, thickness, and surface detail of the original — ensuring every leaf in a commission matches perfectly.

Kiln Firing

Formed leaves are carefully dried then fired in a high-temperature kiln. The ceramic body becomes hard, dense, and uniquely translucent — allowing the warm glow of the light source to soften through each leaf.

Grinding & Polishing

Each fired leaf is ground and hand-polished to a smooth, silk-matte finish. The edges are refined, the surface inspected, and any imperfection addressed — before the leaf is approved and assembled onto the brass armature.
