What is the shade made of?

Aluminum alloy with a perforated machined finish, polished and plated. A fabric insert diffuses the light.

Dimming depends on the bulb you install. The lamp itself has a standard push-button on/off switch. If you buy a dimmable E14 bulb, you can achieve dimming with a compatible wall dimmer.

Can I change the drop length?

Yes. We ship 150cm of cord standard. Contact support@vakkerlight.com to specify a different length before checkout.

Does this work on sloped or vaulted ceilings?

Yes. A custom canopy can be built to suit your ceiling angle. Contact support@vakkerlight.com with your ceiling details.

Will this work in the US?

Yes. It runs on standard US household voltage and carries North American certification. US orders ship free to all 50 states.

Very nice and stylish!

I recommand this product

Very Pretty over Kitchen Island

We have a new kitchen and thought we wanted fancy lighting. I thought these were too plain, but once up, we liked these much better than the fancier lights. They look crisp/ modern and add to the kitchen without taking it over.

perfect pendant light

I ordered two for above my kitchen island to flank my hood above stove. They were easy to install and have a simple, understated look, which is exactly what I wanted.
