We verwerpen goedkope slip-casting en staan erop premium natuurlijke kaoliniet en fijn mineraalachtig zand. Elke kap wordt handgevormd op het wiel door meesterambachtslieden, wat de zachte, natuurlijke ritme van draaiende klei permanent in de ziel van de armatuur ingraaft.

1300°C Hoge-temperatuur Vitrificatie

Nadat het is gevormd, ondergaat de ruwe klei uitgebreid luchtdrogen voordat het in een oven op 1300°C wordt gebrand gedurende meer dan tien uur. Onder extreme hitte vitrificeert de klei volledig tot steenachtige dichtheid — immens sterk, vervagingsvast en geligingsbestendig. Aangevuld met een matte minerale glazuur, straalt het een zware, tactiele esthetiek uit.
