What bulb does the Gleam take, and can I use an Edison bulb?+
The Gleam accepts E26 or E27 base bulbs—either LED or Edison styles. Choose LED for energy efficiency or Edison for vintage warmth. Both are readily available and replaceable.
How long is the cable, and can it be adjusted?+
The pendant ships with 59″ of adjustable hanging cable. If you need a longer drop for higher ceilings or longer cable runs, contact us about extension options during your order.
What finish is the Gleam, and will it tarnish?+
The Gleam features a solid brass body and clear shade. Brass develops a natural patina over time; light dusting maintains its current appearance. This is part of brass's character.
How many pendants should I hang over my kitchen island or dining table?+
One Gleam works beautifully as a focal point over a compact table or bar. For wider islands (48″+), pair two or three at staggered heights. Contact our atelier to discuss your layout.
Is the Gleam hardwired, and do I need an electrician?+
Yes, it is hardwired to a standard ceiling box and wall switch (not included). Professional installation is recommended. We provide an installation guide with your order.
