Common questions

What size should I pick for my dining table?

Measure your table width. V1 (80 cm) works for 36–42 inch tables. V2 (90 cm) fits 48–54 inch tables. V3 (100 cm) suits 60 inch tables. V4 (120 cm) is for tables 72 inches and wider. Hang the fixture so its outer ring clears the table by at least 12–18 inches.

Is the alabaster carved or solid?

It's carved alabaster. The stone itself transmits the warm light throughout, so you see a soft glow from the entire ring, not just from underneath.

Can I hang this in a kitchen island with a low ceiling?

Yes, if your ceiling is 8 feet or taller. V1 at 40 cm diameter is the smallest and takes up the least vertical space. Measure twice before ordering—you need clearance above the fixture and headroom above the island.

How many bulbs does it have?

The product specs show two carved alabaster rings that glow warm. The exact number of individual bulbs inside is not stated on the spec sheet. Contact support for wiring and bulb details.

Yes. Single-ring configurations and custom diameters are available through our atelier. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm driver compatibility and stone availability for your needs.

What is the default hanging length, and can it be adjusted?+

The default suspension rod is 100 cm (39.4″). Longer drops are available—contact us to request an extension to suit your ceiling height and room proportions.

How do I clean the alabaster stone?+

Spanish alabaster is semi-translucent and delicate. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture and harsh cleaners. The stone's natural veining and finish require minimal maintenance.

What installation does this chandelier require?+

Hardwired ceiling installation by a licensed electrician is required. Spanish alabaster is substantial in weight—your ceiling structure must be assessed and confirmed before installation to ensure proper support.

Alabaster is a soft, fine-grained mineral. Cut thin and polished, it turns light into an even, candle-warm glow — no glare, no hard edges.

Every shade starts as a raw block and passes through skilled hands, shaped and finished one piece at a time.
