A warm, glowing alabaster column is suspended within a dark wood-toned frame, creating a striking contrast between solidity and lightness. Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What are the two size options?+

Choose 23.6″ H or 31.5″ H. Both measure 3.1″ L × 3.9″ W. The smaller fits tighter spaces; the taller makes a stronger focal point on bedroom walls or beside seating.

What frame and alabaster color combinations are available?+

Three finishes: Black & White, Bronze & White, or Brass & White, all with warm 3000K light. Alabaster patterns vary by piece, so each sconce is uniquely veined.

Is this a plug-in or hardwired sconce?+

It's a plug-in wall light with a cord. Connect to a standard external wall switch (not included) for on/off control. Available with US, UK, AU, or EU plugs.

Can the alabaster frame be customized?+

Norix is made to order in our atelier. Contact us to discuss custom sizing or finishes beyond the standard options.

How do I install this wall sconce?+

Mount to wall at desired height, plug into nearby outlet, and connect the cord to an external switch. Installation guides and 3D files available on the product page.

A stone that lets light through.

Alabaster is a soft, fine-grained mineral. Cut thin and polished, it turns light into an even, candle-warm glow — no glare, no hard edges.

Variations in tone and veining are the signature of natural stone — not flaws. Your piece will be one of a kind.

From Stone to Lamp

Made slowly, by hand.

Every shade starts as a raw block and passes through skilled hands, shaped and finished one piece at a time.
