The fleeting moment when molten glass becomes a solid yet infinitely delicate object – such is the inspiration for Under Pressure, a bold new collection of lights that captures this transformation and the exciting tension it creates. That singular, magical instance when hot molten glass succumbs to pressure and begins to assume its final form, an embodiment of strength and fragility in one. The dynamic glass shapes appear still alive, evoking an image of organic deformation from external forces, an invisible pressure bending them to its will. This striking visual effect is further accentuated with technical elements, such as a centre-line threaded rod that penetrates the delicate glass globe and brings a touch of geometric regularity and industrial elegance.

What sizes does Under Pressure come in?+
Three models: Model A ∅ 10.2″ × H 16.1″, Model B ∅ 12.2″ × H 12.6″, Model C ∅ 15.7″ × H 25.2″. All have adjustable hanging cable up to 59″, extendable if needed for higher ceilings.
Which finish and color combination should I choose?+
Choose between Gold or Black body finishes paired with Amber, Smoke grey, or Clear glass shades. Gold & Amber or Gold & Clear suit warm spaces; Black & Clear or Black & Smoke grey work in modern interiors.
Can I dim this pendant?+
Yes. Select Triac Warm Dimming at checkout for full dimming control with a compatible wall dimmer. Standard Warm Light (3000K) works with regular switches.
How is Under Pressure installed?+
Hardwired to ceiling junction box. Includes 59″ adjustable hanging cable, extendable as required. Compatible with standard North American electrical. Installation guide available for download.
Can I customize the size or finish?+
Under Pressure is hand-built to order in our atelier in three fixed sizes and four color combinations. Contact us about custom options beyond listed variants.
