Alabaster is a natural stone formed over thousands of years. Its veining pattern, translucency, and warm tones vary from piece to piece. The lamp you receive may look different from the images shown — this is not a defect, it is the beauty of genuine stone.

- Handle the alabaster shade with care — natural stone may chip if dropped or struck.
Why does my lamp look different from the product photos?
This is completely normal. Alabaster is a natural stone, and its veining, tone, and translucency vary from piece to piece. No two lamps are identical — this is the hallmark of genuine natural stone, not a defect.
What sizes are available?
Two lengths: Short (∅1.9" × H15.7" / 5 × 40 cm) and Long (∅1.9" × H23.6" / 5 × 60 cm). Both share the same slim cylindrical diameter of 1.9 inches. The mounting plate is 38 cm on the Short and 58 cm on the Long.
What color temperature does it come in?
Warm White (3000K) as standard. Neutral White (4000K) and Cool White (6000K) are available by contacting our support team before ordering.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
Yes. This lamp is damp-rated and suitable for bathrooms with steam and humidity. Do not install in direct water contact — avoid shower enclosures or positions directly above a bathtub.
Does it require hardwiring?
Yes. A licensed electrician is recommended. It needs to be connected to an external wall switch (not included) for on/off control.
