Here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.
Which size should I choose?
Pick a fixture about half to two-thirds the width of your table. The 5-light (∅ 28.3″ / 72cm) suits tables around 42–56″, the 7-light (∅ 34.3″ / 87cm) suits tables around 52–68″, and the 8-light (∅ 39.4″ / 100cm) suits tables 60″ and up, open living rooms, or a double-height entry.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes. Each fixture comes with two suspension rods, 20cm and 30cm (7.9″ and 11.8″). Use one or both to add 20cm, 30cm or 50cm (7.9″, 11.8″ or 19.7″) between the canopy and the fixture. Need a different length? Email us your ceiling height before ordering.
What ceiling height do I need?
The fixture bodies are 28.3–31.5″ / 72–80cm tall, plus the rods. Over a dining table, aim for the lowest shade about 30–36″ above the tabletop. The 5- and 7-light sit comfortably under 8–9 ft ceilings; the 8-light is best under 9 ft or higher.
What bulbs does it use?
E12 or E14 bulbs, one per shade: 5, 7 or 8 depending on the size. Warm white 3000K LED bulbs bring out the color of the glass and keep the shades cool.
Which glass color should I pick?
Six colors are available: purple, white, amber, brown, green and red. White gives the brightest, most neutral light; amber and brown cast a warm, honeyed glow; green, purple and red tint the light and make the fixture the focal point of the room.
