What sizes does the Halo Grid come in?+
Four options: ∅ 11.8″ (small round), ∅ 19.7″ (large round), L 9.8″ W 9.8″ (small square), and L 17.7″ W 17.7″ (large square). All are H 3.1″. Custom sizing available through our atelier.
Which size works best for my bedroom or living room?+
The ∅ 11.8″ or L 9.8″ suits smaller rooms and bedrooms; ∅ 19.7″ or L 17.7″ works in larger living areas. Choose based on ceiling area and desired light spread.
What finish and color options are available?+
Silver metal frame with white textured acrylic shade. The warm integrated LED emits 3000K for cozy ambient light. Contact our atelier for custom finish or color requests.
How is it installed and what do I need?+
Hardwired flush-mount to ceiling. Requires connection to an external wall switch (not included). Installation guide and 3D files available for download. Professional installation recommended.
Can I clean the acrylic diffuser?+
Yes, the textured white acrylic shade can be gently wiped with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Allow to dry fully before powering on.
