- Hardwired ceiling installation is required. Installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended.
- The chain is adjustable — set the final drop height for your ceiling before final mounting.
- Use only AC 110V G4 bulbs that match the fixture’s electrical requirements. Do not use standard low-voltage 12V G4 bulbs.
- Install all twenty-four bulbs evenly to maintain balanced illumination across the two-tier chandelier.
- Natural alabaster should be handled carefully during installation to avoid chips, cracks, and impact damage.
- Clean the brass frame with a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, metal polish, and aggressive chemical cleaners.
- Dust the alabaster shades gently with a clean microfiber cloth. Do not soak the stone or use acidic cleaning products.

Can I use regular 12V G4 bulbs?
No. This fixture is designed for AC 110V G4 bulbs. Standard low-voltage 12V G4 bulbs should not be used unless the electrical system has been professionally converted.
Will every alabaster shade look exactly the same?
No. Alabaster is a natural stone, so variations in veining, mineral markings, color tone, and translucency are expected and make every chandelier unique.
Where does this chandelier work best?
