Sizing & questions

Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What size should I choose for my kitchen island?+

For a 36″–48″ island, one ∅ 9.8″ pendant works well; for 48″+ or multiple lights, choose ∅ 11.8″ or hang two ∅ 9.8″ pendants 24″–30″ apart. Space them 12″–18″ above the countertop. Custom sizing available from our atelier.

How much ceiling height do I need?+

Minimum 7.5′ ceiling recommended. The pendant hangs on a 59″ adjustable cable, which can be lengthened as required. Our atelier can customize suspension length for your space.

What bulb does it use?+

E26 or E27 socket. Accepts LED bulbs or Edison bulbs. Both are user-replaceable. Choose warm color temperature (2700K) to match the vintage aesthetic of the amber glass.

Can I use this over a dining table?+

Yes. For a 36″–42″ table, one ∅ 9.8″ pendant centered 18″–24″ above the table surface is ideal. For larger tables, hang two ∅ 9.8″ pendants or customize sizing with our atelier.

How do I clean the amber glass?+

Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dust, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Turn off the light before cleaning.

Nice but cord shows

I bought three of the smallest 7.8-inch lights and placed them side by side above the barthe effect is stunning. Highly recommended.
