Can I adjust how far down each stem hangs?

Yes. The fixture has five independent stems, so you can vary their lengths during installation. The longest possible drop across all variants is 59 inches.

What's the difference between the Bi-color LED and Triac Warm Dimming options?

Bi-color LED lets you shift the light color between warm and cool whites using a remote or app. Triac Warm Dimming stays warm white only but works with any standard wall dimmer switch.

Which size should I pick for my dining table?

V1 and V2 are 31.5″ long (80 cm) — good for tables up to 48 inches. V3 and V4 are 47.2″ long (120 cm) — fit tables 60 inches and wider.

Do the two tiers light the same area or different areas?

Both tiers emit light downward. The upper tier is narrower, the lower tier is wider. They stack vertically, so they overlap but create layered illumination.
