Common questions

What is the shade made of?

Small cone shades in brushed gold with a black base boot. The cones are spaced evenly down a slim wire to create soft pools of warm light.

Can this be dimmed?

Yes. Triac dimming is available as a build option, so you can dial the warm light up or down from your switch.

Can I change the drop length?

Yes. The standard drop is 137.8 inches, but we build this to order to fit your ceiling height. Tell us your space and we'll plan the cable lengths that work for you.

Can this go on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

The standard canopy suits a flat ceiling. We can build a custom canopy for a sloped or vaulted installation—just provide the roof pitch when you reach out, and we'll make it work.

Does this run on US household power?

Yes. It's hardwired to your ceiling box (an electrician installs it directly to the wiring in your ceiling), and it accepts AC 110–240V, so it runs on standard US power.

Is this approved for US use and do you ship here?

Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. This fixture is certified for North America.

What ceiling height do I need for Soreluna?+

Soreluna measures H 137.8″ (11′ 6″) total length. Ensure your ceiling is at least 8′ high to accommodate the pendant comfortably above furniture and with adequate headroom below the marble base.

How many lights should I choose—1, 2, 3, or 4?+

1-light draws ~3W for subtle ambient glow; 2-lights ~6W; 3-lights ~9W; 4-lights ~12W. Choose based on room size and desired brightness. Our atelier can customize the arrangement for your space.

What finish and color options are available?+

Gold & Black finish shown. Black iron body with natural marble matte-black floor counterweight. Each marble base is unique; veining and texture vary organically per piece, ensuring one-of-a-kind character.

Is installation straightforward?+

Soreluna is hardwired to ceiling, compatible with standard wall switches (not included). Installation guide available for download. We recommend professional electrician installation for safety and proper hardwiring.

Can the marble base scratch or chip?+

Natural marble is a living stone—minor wear and light scratching are normal with use. The matte-black finish will develop patina over time, adding to the piece's character and age beautifully.
