The Calcina is a whitewashed ceramic table lamp with a rounded urn body finished in a distressed limewash — a dry-brushed white glaze worn back to reveal the warm tan-and-brown clay beneath. A wide coolie-style off-white fabric shade keeps the top calm. At 17.7″ wide and 18.1″ tall, it brings a weathered, old-world, farmhouse character to a console, a nightstand, or a living-room side table.

Is the worn look damage, or part of the design?
It's part of the design. The white glaze is dry-brushed and deliberately worn back to show the tan clay underneath, for an aged, limewashed look. Each piece is finished by hand, so the brushwork and exposed clay vary.
How big is it, and where does it fit?
It's 17.7″ wide and 18.1″ tall with a wide coolie shade — a substantial lamp. It suits a console, a sideboard, or a generous side table where the rounded urn base has room to be seen.
How do I clean the ceramic base?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, harsh cleaners, and scrubbing — the distressed whitewash is a surface finish, and hard cleaning can lift or smooth it. Keep the cord and socket area dry.
What is the warranty and support?
2-year warranty on the wiring and fittings; the ceramic is covered against manufacturing defects, with the intentional distressed variation excluded. Bulbs are consumable and not covered, but they're inexpensive E27/E26 replacements. Email support replies within one business day.
